Shipping policy

Most orders leave our Seattle store within two business days, but please allow us up to a week to process your order.

Everything we ship is packaged by professionals with years of experience. We often double-box ceramics to protect against the rigors of travel. Should any damage occur during shipping, please contact us within one week of receiving your item with photos of the damage.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
